Watch lesson 1 free: picking your nicheYou match a business that needs someone with the right person for the job. Candidates never pay a penny. You need a phone, a laptop and the right process.
What candidates pay. Your fee comes from the employer, and only when the job is filled.
No office or staff needed to start. Interviews happen on video or at the client's premises.
A client who hires once through you will usually hire again. One good relationship can bring in several fees a year.
Move the sliders to see how agency fees work. The employer pays the fee once your candidate starts.
This is an example, not a promise of income. What you earn depends on your niche, your clients, the hours you put in and how many placements you make. Many new agencies make few or none in their first months. Fees are before tax and costs.

We won't promise you'll be paid inside six weeks. A fee arrives when your candidate starts, which is often after they work their notice. What you will have by week six is a working agency with clients and live jobs.
“We were confident in ourselves, but not confident in the information that we had — being able to access information you can’t get on the internet, or any sort of book we’ve tried to look for in terms of setting up a recruitment agency.”

Recruiter's Blueprint is a new company. What we teach comes from 40 years in recruitment, including director and senior management roles at major UK agencies, and years of helping people start agencies from home.
We've rebuilt all of it for how agencies work now: AI tools for finding clients and candidates, today's rules, and short lessons you can fit around your life.
Group Coaching and Agency Launch are led by your mentor, Joe Davis, the recruiter behind those 40 years.
“They took us right through a step-by-step process on generating leads, finding candidates, how it all works, writing contracts, everything. Even now, five years on, we’re still talking to Joe and bouncing ideas off.”Neo P.
“Joe has been great for us because at the beginning we were literally on the phone probably every day, and Joe would have a combination of things that help us with — would give us information, he’d give us training, he would point us in the right direction.”
Rachel P.“I got my training directly from Joe; he showed me how to contact the client and get the vacancies. I was surprised that on his very first call, he was able to pick up vacancies. It’s quite amazing and has given me the confidence through his friendly training.”
Mobassher F.“I manage the driving, warehouse, freight and aviation side of the business. We have already secured contracts to supply warehouse and aviation workers, both temps and perms.”
Mandeep U.“If you’re thinking of starting up a recruitment agency … I think it saves you time and money ultimately, because you can actually develop your agency much quicker and have the expertise on top.”
Jan F.“Joe took us through the process of calling clients and was key for us in being able to become confident in what we were doing. We made our first placement, and literally, the doors opened; we made five placements one after the other.”
Chris P.“I can honestly say it has been the best decision I’ve made. Your company was true to its promise in providing me with immediate vacancies to work on, which enabled us to make our first two placements. Brilliant!”
Faysal A.“After starting to work with Joe, I made my first placement, which has helped me financially to move my recruitment project forward.”
Stephen H.“Joe showed me how to make a placement very quickly and efficiently. So, for me, I could already plan how I was to obtain the money and how it would financially benefit me, because there’s a clear goal and strategy to follow.”
Abigail S.“I’m in charge of the care sector, anything from carers to registered managers — from meeting clients, to building up relationships with them, to acquiring the candidate.”
Tariq M.Every agency is different and none of these are a promise of what you will earn. What they have in common is that somebody showed them how to start.
No. The course starts from the beginning. If you have worked in recruitment, you'll move faster through week one.
You'll be calling clients from week two. A permanent placement fee is paid when your candidate starts, which can be a month or more after they accept, so plan for your first fee to land after the six weeks.
Yes. Plan on at least a couple of hours a day during office hours, as that's when employers pick up the phone.
Each one includes Joe's time one-to-one and a website built for you. Five a month is what we can do properly.

“This was a dream I had about eight years ago, but we got stuck because we did not know the way forward. However, when we came for the training, that was the day we were born — they opened the door for us to embrace it.”
