1. Who we are

Recruiter's Blueprint is a trading name of Blueprint Illustrated Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 10509456. Our registered office is 21 Tavistock Close, Chatham, Kent ME5 9HU.

We are the data controller for the information described on this page. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZC239445.

2. What we collect

• When you sign up for the free lesson: your first name and email address.
• When you buy something: your name, email address and billing details. Your card number is entered on the payment page and handled by Stripe — we never see it or store it.
• When you book a call: your name, email address and anything you write in the booking form.
• When you email us: your email address and whatever you write.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

• To send you the free lesson and our emails — because you ticked the box to say yes (consent). You can change your mind at any time.
• To give you what you have paid for and deal with refunds — because we have a contract with you.
• To reply to enquiries, book calls and keep the website working and secure — because we have a legitimate interest in running the business.
• To keep sales and tax records — because the law requires it.

4. Who else sees it

We use a small number of companies to run the business. They only handle your data on our instructions.

• MailerLite — sends our emails and holds the mailing list.
• Stripe — takes card and Klarna payments.
• Calendly — handles call bookings.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website.
• Microsoft — our email.

Some of these store data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK data protection safeguards such as the UK addendum to the standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone else for their own marketing.

5. How long we keep it

• Mailing list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you, then we delete you from the list.
• Sales and tax records: six years after the end of the tax year, because HMRC requires it.
• Emails and booking notes: normally up to two years.

6. Cookies

This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics. Nothing here follows you around the internet.

When you go through to Stripe or Calendly, you are on their websites, and they set their own cookies to make their pages work. Their own privacy notices cover that.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• send you a copy of what we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete your details
• stop using your details for a particular purpose
• send your details to you or someone else in a usable file

You can also withdraw your consent to our emails at any time — there is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every one, or you can email us and we will do it for you. Withdrawing consent does not affect emails we have already sent.

8. If you are not happy

Please tell us first and we will try to sort it out. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

9. Changes to this notice

If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and change the date below.
