Terms of sale

1. Who we are

Recruiter's Blueprint is a trading name of Blueprint Illustrated Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 10509456. Our registered office is 21 Tavistock Close, Chatham, Kent ME5 9HU. You can contact us at hello@recruitersblueprint.co.uk.

2. What you can buy

• Starter Toolkit (£299): 13 documents to download.
• 6-Week Course (£699): online access to 32 video lessons, plus the Starter Toolkit.
• Group Coaching (£1,499): the course and toolkit, plus six weekly live group calls with your mentor.
• Agency Launch (£4,999): everything in Group Coaching, plus six one-to-ones with your mentor, help registering your limited company, a recruitment website with 12 months' hosting, branding and a logo, and your mentor's help winning a first live vacancy. We take up to five new Agency Launch clients a month.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. You pay at checkout by card through Stripe. If you choose Klarna, your agreement to repay is with Klarna, on Klarna's terms, and Klarna decides whether to approve it.

4. Your right to cancel

If you buy as a consumer, the law usually gives you 14 days from the day you buy to change your mind. How that works depends on what you buy.

Starter Toolkit and 6-Week Course

These are digital content. At checkout you ask for immediate access and confirm that you understand you lose your right to cancel once you download the files or start the course. If you haven't downloaded or started anything, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund.

Group Coaching

Group Coaching includes the course (digital content, as above) and the live group calls (a service). At checkout you ask us to start straight away. You can cancel the coaching within 14 days of buying. If you do, we refund you, less a fair amount for the calls you've already had and for the course and toolkit if you've started them.

Agency Launch

Agency Launch is a service. At checkout you ask us to start within the 14-day cancellation period. You can cancel within 14 days of buying. If you do, we refund you, less a fair amount for what we've already provided, such as one-to-ones held and branding or website work done, and for the course and toolkit if you've started them. You can't cancel once the service has been fully provided.

How to cancel

Email hello@recruitersblueprint.co.uk with your name, what you bought and the date. We'll confirm by email and refund you within 14 days, to the way you paid.

5. If Agency Launch places are full

If you buy Agency Launch and that month's five places have already gone, we'll tell you within two working days. You can start the following month, or have a full refund.

6. What we don't promise

We teach methods that work, but we can't promise you'll earn a particular amount or make a placement by a particular date. What you earn depends on your niche, your clients and the work you put in. Any figures we show are examples, not promises.

7. If something is wrong

If a file doesn't work or a service isn't provided as described, tell us and we'll put it right. This doesn't affect your legal rights.

8. The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
